Nicholas Pitts has been involved with pipe organs since the age of 12. He looks after 60 church organs in a 40 mile radius of Spalding, and has carried out major restoration work on a number of instruments. Since becoming involved with cinema organs during the 1990s, Nick has extended his knowledge of pipe organs to include the workings of Compton and Wurlitzer instruments.
As a self-employed organ builder and organ tuner, Nick is able to offer competitive quotation for all work, and his speciality includes all types of electrical work, and re-leathering. He is also pleased to give a report on the condition of an instrument, to assist with planning future renovation work.
